Hello everyone, i would like to know what licensing would be required with registering a business and running a small data center, mainly the i want to know about licensing fees, what states require them and which ones do not, and also if there would be more than one license required.

Can you tell us what state you need this information for? Also, have you contacted a local business organization or city hall? You can probably find most of your answers right in your city. Or right at your fingertips if you search for information specific to your state. :)

I don't there is any particular license to run a hosting company but make sure you have all the rules setup with the TOC,AUP to operate a hosting biz

so far that is what i'm thinking aswell, i have searched alot and everything i find is license for tangible goods and leasing items, but so far no license for virtual products such as hosting.

i just want to be sure not to get in any legal trouble.

You can ask a lawyer from your State, he can probably give you some info on this :)
