We've been having problems on and off with all our websites, and all our email addresses. When we did a test at http://www.dnsreport.com it came back with this error:

"A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding."

Can anyone explain what this means? We are resellers using our own nameservers. What could have caused this?

Thanks in advance...:)

This could be due to 2 reasons it occurs to this fool

Either your DNS server is having a very high load or your zone records have a very low TTL value or both

Hope it helps

we just heard from our server, apparently they

"have come to the conclusion that the cpanel install on the server which you are hosted on was corrupted at install time by our license provider".

but thanks so much for replying, motley fool.
