Take hourly off-site backups with our network attached storage option. We have two pairs of dark fibre to a different data centre, and 2000mbits of bandwidth between the two data centres. Our NAS devices have 12 disks offering multi-terabyte capacity, and we allocate you space from one of these devices. Where are these servers hosted?
We host these servers in our Sovereign House facilities. We have over 40 racks here, and importantly we have an office on the 5th floor of the data centre. We have three staff onsite during office hours - this enables us to have the fastest response time possible for support requests.

Our network connectivity
We choose our connectivity partners with exacting requirements, and we know how important our decisions are to our clients. Currently we have 8000mbits of network connectivity including Level3, Tiscali and NewNet, LINX, XChangePoint, LonAP. We have over 200 peering sessions set up on UK exchanges. We use the latest generation Cisco hardware to host some of the most bandwidth-intensive clients in the UK.

I've been with UK dedicated server companies before, but 49p has been the exception of all of those previous expereinces. The network is awesome. We've done 60mbps continuously for hours till our servers simply stopped responding becuase of the pressure we were putting on the little guys. We've got one of their 3000GB server plans, and it's done 2700 of it this month. Our experience with the support staff has been good. Though they do seem to have delays after hours through the ticket system - but if you ring them up, they'll take a message, and someone would be ringing you back in 10 - 20 mins. By far the best experience we've had in Europe :) 3month anniversary with the company is coming up in a few days.
