Hello

I have just transfered, to a new unmaged server, with what I hope is a properly configured cpanel 4.7. Unfotunatly right now I'm having two problems. I seems to be having a problems with E-mails. where the pop E-mail on Outlooks does not connect to the webmail (neomail). Also I'm having a problem with sites that seems to be down when it come to certain ISP, Inclduing canada's biggest DSL distributor, Bell sympaitco. It been already four days since I transfered, so the propagation should not be an issue. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Unmanaged cpanel server is going to be a headache for you unless you are pretty good at troubleshooting stuff... I would try and get ahold of an admin who deals with cpanel regularly onl AIM or something definatly.
