hi, just before christmas i purchasen a reseller account from sonataweb.
this is what i like to say.

1. account was created very fast ( i waited 2 hours or so ), there were some issues but after ive sent a ticket everything was corrected ( cpanel issues)
( it is very important that i should state that ive never usedcpanel before)

2. ive uploaded the database dumps and uploaded everything to my new account,
after the domain propagated my website went down , for some very strange reason every table of InnoDB type disappeared, it looked like table files got erased from file system ( sonata techs, say it was faulty database upload - but IT was working when ive checked it out - but maybe it could be my fault i was playing with dump file a bit and was doing everything at 3 am, so it could have been a human error ). i should mention that sonata tech said he would help me transfer my database to be sure it works fine, but ive managed to do everything by myself, and it worked out ok, im not using innodb table type just in case now ;-) .

3. ticket system , ive sent them a lot tickets, and really A LOT. like 10 - 15 tickets a day adressing various things , most of them were answered really quickly like 15-20 min ( some even faster ). Some werent answered at all, but those were minor issues for me like "why i dont see fantastico icon" or "i cant select rvskin in cpanel?", so i can live without those things as long as the server is online and my site is working, for me those are minor issues, still it would be nice it hey were answred.
On the other hand i must admit that sonata techs were very helpful, they even took their time to look at my custom awstats setup and corrected a few things, this is service they dont have to provide, and i am grateful for it.

4.we've had one big downtime on the first day of christmas, somthing happend at GNAX and the whole server died, after it went up my site was down and terry had to correct some things to get it working ( not sure what happend to it ) , but they said that it was power failure at GNAX.

5. ive made a lot spelling and grammar mistakes when sending tickets, after ive read them i realized that the letters accidently were written in a rude matter ( like "thank you for all the trouble" ), but it looks that sonataweb has much patience ;-) and i didnt mean to be rude at all.

6. after my previous host i am rather happy with sonata, if i wont have much issues with them i plan to stay longer time with them and maybe will be very happy with them. maybe i have something wrong in cpanel , maybe not ( ive never used it before ) so i cant compare it ;-) but every important thing is working fine and this is what counts the most. ive bought a WHT special account so i have a very low price ( 13 $ ) for 5gb/125-mo. transfer. its half from what i saw i would have to pay in other companies for quality service. I find Sonata service rather good so i thing it was a good thing to sign up with them.

if you want to check it out my main site is http://darknation.pl - if u like good and not popular music ;-)

maybe for half a year i will give you my next review how my new host is doing :D

sorry for bad english ;P
