Ok i need peoples advice, i know i am going to get a few people advising me NOT to go into the Free Web Hosting World, but i'm prepared to give it a go.

Advice needed on how to manage everything, free software e.g.

Also, site set up and should i offer upgrades to earn extra cash?

Also - Ads on site - Can you earn good cash or not?

Advice please.

Advertising such as google adsense is necessary if you want to go in the free web hosting market, my company which is still currently being set up were initially going to go in the free web hostin market until i weighed the pros and cons and found that it'd be harder work than actual paid accounts, also i'm not sure how much you'll be paying a month but potentially if you get your advertising right, you may make some good cash.

And yes i would offer add on disk space and bandwidth, its a good chance to earn extra cash from those who need the space and bandwidth for their site to continue.

Think hard about how much space & bandwidth each user will get though. Overselling is almost necessary.
