Hello everyone,

I've been trying to reach the Inet sales team all morning at 877-463-8468 and 913-439-1400, and via ticket system and e-mail, with no replies since around 1am US Central Time.

I have an advertisment that was supposed to begin today, and generally this sort of sticky advertisment begins around 2-3am, so I sent a standard helpdesk ticket at 12-1am just to make sure everything was okay, if they needed any information, etc, as I normally do the night before an ad. I have received no response for this ticket and cannot get through to their telephone services.

If anyone has any information on what might be going on, I would be much appreciative.

If you require any information please just let me know.

If anyone has any information on what might be going on...

I have a guess, but might not be the most accurate one - the celebration is still going on... :gthumb:

I doubt that one, and even if it was that is great, but I still need to know what has happened.

Does anyone know what is going on?

A lot of offices are still closed January 2nd.

Even still, there are a number of advertisers that have business with them today, it seems they should atleast have e-mail support available for them. Also, I do not believe this is the case, as they do not have a notice on their site from what I can tell.

Generally they are very good about answering e-mails and support tickets, especially those under these circumstances.

If there is any Moderator or Administrator who has the ability to complete this sticky advertisment for me, I will provide the appropriate information to prove payment, URL submission, Date and time of purchase, etc.

Please contact me as soon as possible.

Also, it seems the phones are just plain down. There is no answering machine, no nothing. Sometimes a voice recording comes on, just a standard phone company voice recording saying, this line is temporarily busy please call back later, number 0011 etc etc.

If someone could please tell me what is going on that would be great.

Update: I finally got through to the automated answering system, however no one answered the phone for support. I left a message with sherri concerning this issue.

So it looks like the phones are back up, hopefully someone will be able to help with this soon.

Thanks.

You are dealing with inet, get used to it.

The mods do an awesome job of keeping things in line and keeping the trolls out but as far as anyone on the exec level I would be prepared for 24 hours responses on normal business days and would quit getting upset over nothing it is a holiday weekend for most of us in the US were inet is located.

This is not an upset thread, this is a please give me any information about what is going on thread. If they aren't available until tomorrow, great. If the advertisment won't be available for 2 weeks, great. Any information at all would be just fine.

How this was construed as an upset thread is confusing to me. Wanting information on paid services that were scheduled to begin 10+ hours ago doesn't seem out of line.

Thank you anyone for any information.

I agree - I don't really see this as an 'upset' thread. Just a 'anyone know what's going on?' thread. :D

The Kansas City office is open Monday-Friday 9am CST to 5pm CST. Today is observed as a holiday since the 1st fell on a Sunday which everyone already had off.

Generally the staff tries to check in over the weekend but they are not required to do so. The moderators have contacts to myself and several others incase of major issue. I know that KC was having phone system issues last week so it could be under service at the moment.
