I'm looking to run a site for a Counter-Strike Source clan I own. I already have hosting I am happy with, but it won't let me run a small perl script--and I need to. If possible, I'm looking for a domainless 50 MB / 1 GB hosting plan, as cheap as possible (free is always OK ;)) with the ability to run a perl script. Also, it uses flash, if that's a consideration. Specifically what I'm trying to do, if you would like to check out the requirements, is host HLStatsX (hlstatsx.com).
