what's is in your opinion the best site to transfer a domain? what registrar?

I am looking for one that can offer me as much free features as posible (FREE online transfer of ownership, FREE URL Forwarding, DNS, Forwarded emails, Domain Lockdown ....).

I had in mindo to move to registerfly, but after reading several negative thread here I won't do it.
Namecheap sounds good; not?

What's your experience? Mine not too good with my actual registrar; I have my domain locked (waiting a reply yet).

We have used 000domains (http://000domains.com) for over a year now, no problems. Everything is spelled out for you, I like knowing what I'm getting into. I transferred our domains from a different registar to them, not a single problem. I like how they have one control panel for all the domains. I can change the DNS on all 8 domains at once if I have to. Time saver for me!
