Hi, is anyone else having trouble with updating domain details with dotster-registrar domains ?

I have one domain with them now [the others are on a different registrar now], and I've spent 2 days trying to update the DNS as I've changed webhosts... no luck. I've sent 2 emails to them as well to get them to fix their issues and I've heard no response but that could be because I'm a whole day ahead in timezones and it's Monday night in NZ already?

I just want to know I'm going mad. Any suggestions on how to deal with them also are welcome :)

I tried to renew a couple of domains there this afternoon and every time I clicked the Submit button it just sat there for a spell and finally told me my session was timed out. I tried several times with no luck--something is not working right somewhere. :unhappy:
