For all add on list you access from here:
http://billing.xtramanaged.com/signup.php?clienttype=7

You enter domain (for tracking) such as: addonname.mycompanyname.com
and then enter "submit" then you will have the option to order the add on you whish :) (cpanel/ram/hdds/OS...etc...)

Is it a 10mbps or 100mbps port on the "XtraBIZ" Pentium4 2.4 plan?
If its 10mbps, how much would it be to upgrade to 100mbps?

Also, the 3000GB bandwidth, is that strictly 1500 in and 1500 out or can it be any combination as long as its under 3000GB (like 2500 out 500 in, etc)?
