Looking for someone to partner up with. I have two severs currently.

One with 600GB transfer, ensim unlimited, 1gb ram, p4 1.7 ghz processor. and two 60GB hard drives at rack shack.

I just picked up another server, that i am going to use only for the majority of my sites, and hooking friends up with some hosting accounts.

Now i have two servers. And have no use for both of them.

So i figured i might as well set up a small hosting operation on the rackshack server.

I have already payed the $400 setup fee (including first month). I own the server, along with another guy. Who only uses it for one of his sites(only uses 10gb monthly). And he pays 50%.

I already registered a domain, started designing the site.

I am looking for someone.

Who knows there way around ensim.
Someone who knows how to admin a server.
Someone who will be dedicated to this operation.
Someone who has about $50-$100 for start up costs. Since the server is payed for, domain, first + second month. We would ask that you setup the merchant account.
Someone who is an average web designer.

You will pay monthly 1/3 of the cost of the server. And have access to everything.

We will split all costs 1/3. And we will split the profits 50/50, the other guy does not want to be involved as he is to busy.

Other wise this server will just sit, and knowing me i wont cancel it. Since i already payed a bit for the setup!
