I added a domain in Plesk.
The domain is coming through in the browser but I cannot ftp it even though I've entered the ftp username and password in Plesk.

I have no idea why.
Is this because ftp will take many hrs to get it resolved across ?

Nope - I've created domains using Plesk's utility like

/usr/local/psa/bin/domain.sh --create "my-domain.com" -clogin "clientlogin" -ip "x.x.x.x" -login "username" -passwd "password" -hosting true -webstat true

is the domain name resolved?

What error are you getting?


Is it a resolving error a login/pass error?

Yes - thanks - dont know what happened but FTP is working now.
Guess it was some DNS issue.
