A Credit Card Fraud out there to catch big deals with stolen cards.

he order big annual reseller accounts and dedicated servers

he use 3 or 4 cards 1 from USA, 1 from Japan and 2 for Italian ... may be more

he use many email address all have word or domain REZA

We had a full server with this person about 8 months ago. Everything was fine for about 4 months, then all of a sudden, we started seeing chargebacks. We actually had the right person, and we are doing fraud investigation with the FBI currently. He was stupid enough then to give us the correct info on him, but decided he did not want to pay anymore, and thought he can just charge it back to the Credit Card without issues, like we would not see it.

A little more information on this person, he is from New York, also uses "rizzo" or likes to name his servers "ruzoNT1" or "ruzoNT2", etc.

Needless to say, we have got our money and won the CC disputes, since we did provide the service without issues. In talking to the CC company, the guy was quite suprized when he pulled up the account at the "amount of chargebacks" and the "amont of times the card was stolen" in the past 4 months.

On a related issue we are taking a customer to court over his hosting fees.

Used the service for 9 months and then charged back all the monthly payments usign the "no signature" clause in the card issue agreement.
However, he forgot that he had a contract with us to pay us so
he still owes us the money.

I decided to go ahead with legal action to teach these people a lesson.
He is in the UK so its costing peanuts and if he refuses to pay up he will end up unable to get credit anywhere.
