I'm thinking of transfering my site from Parcom to Centralized Hosting. The reason I need to change is that Parcom keeps their pipe to tight, so that on a page refresh with a number of pictures some never come through(www.power-programs.com/kartz/). I have the public version of the site at Hostway (www.kartz.com/) and it always works. I just don't want to pay that much for my own development site.

Any opinions pro/con on Centralized?
