3 Month Review of DuportOnline.com (http://duportonline.com)
Let me start by saying I've never felt the need to buy hosting from any company, having been moderately happy with the free services I have received in the past. However, as a small expanding business, I did start to question why there were so many limits, and little niggles here and there with my host. The final straw for switching was when the host started to do down several times a week, and I knew I had to change.
I heard about Duport from internet buzz, and various people I spoke to, and they sounded good. I was very impressed with their range of packages, and even then, the management went a little bit further to create a custom package that was just right for me. The setup was fast, and the prices were low, I can't see now why I ever doubted paying for hosting. Payment was simple to begin with, and has stayed that way, simply receiving a reminder via email, and the payment automatically coming from my paypal.
After about 3 months of being with them to date, I think i've only had one technical niggle, which i'm sure was most probably something to do with me :look:
Since completion of setup, I haven't noticed any downtime at all. Even where problems did present themselves, the support were very conscious about getting it resolved as quickly as possible.
Can't complain about any aspect of the service overall, you'd have to do a great deal better to tempt me away from them in a hurry now!
I'd happily reccommend them to anyone out there!
