Hostdepartment is really bad, i had terrible time with them servers were constantly going down and support was awful. Even though Site5 does not have live chat, their ticket response time is less than 20 minutes. My one and only ticket was resolved within 16 minutes (at 9:30 pm US EST). They offer 24/7 support and have one of the best control panels I have experienced (and I have seen many).
