About April 26 20:56 GMT, I bought a new .US domain from namecheap.com.

http://www.whois.us indicates all OK.

I used the new domain for most of the day April 27. Sometime the evening of April 27, I couldn't get to namecheap.com.

My .US domain is assigned the following nameservers:
