do you have a site/company?
what means of support do you offer? phone, email, icq, ticket?
where are the servers located?
how are you doing VDS with cpanel/WHM? I was not aware this is possible.

The website is not up yet. It should be up in the next couple of days. I'll create a new post when it's ready.
As for support, we'll offer email support and a helpdesk. We are also working on an online datebases of common questions. As we expand, we're going to have an online support chat.
The servers are located in Layerone's datacenter in Miami.
I believe I can have Cpanel on a VDS. I've installed Cpanel on the dedicated server and I'm just splitting it into two smaller Cpanel accounts.

so it is not really a vds in terms of having full root access and the other things that are usually associated with VDS.
It is just half of a dedicated? Just trying to make sure I understand :)
will you be providing full support for the 1/2 dedicated option? ie: fully managed server.

Yes, it is just half of the dedicated for people who don't need 300GB of transfer or a 40GB hard drive.
