I found their support to be very poor but that was over a year ago now.... they may of improved since then......(I personally think they spent more money on their fastclick adverts then they did on tech support hehehe)

I just switched from them this month (April 2nd) from bad support! Also they are resellers themself. You have you fill out a form to get your hosting orders and at times it can take up to 48 hours to get an order. Thats crap!

One time I called them after waiting about 10 hrs, they said "I'll get that done for you, you should have it in 1 hr."

Waiting... No respose. Called again, got another person, and they said the same thing, about 15 hrs later I got the order. They lied to me. If there was something wrong, if they needed a new server or whatever they should have said so, but instead they choose to lie.

Also their billing isn't the funnest to understand.

I think you get the picture. :)

I stand corrected on that issue.

At onetime someone had lead me to belive they were, along with the way they have their resellers signup for accounts.

So do they have their own datacenter or have their own boxes colocated or lease boxes from a rackshack??

As you can tell from my signature, I don't work for Liquidweb. I do know that they have been in business for quite a while, and are one of the four primary Cpanel distributors.

All I can say that thier servers have too many users on them
Theres a (not very busy) forum I visit which is hosted by them and it has a lot of MySQL too many connections errors
