Hi everybody,

I've installed Adobe Illustrator CS version 11. I don't get one thing... If you use Photoshop, you can right-click on the brush/pencil button and you can choose multiple options but I can't do that with Illustrator... somehow it does not appear.

The same with Imageready though, how do you use those other options? You see a small triangle which means you can choose more options, somehow it does not appear.

Is this normal? I know it wasn't possible at school too, where they teach photoshop/imageready.

photoshop and illustrator are completely different. but in both programs, if u see a little triangle in the tools lower right hand corner, then there are more subtools underneath it. For instance in photoshop, on anything u can right click, theres a little triangle on the right.

Illustrator doesn't use right click. Try left click and hold it for a second.
