And all things that will meet IPB forum's installation requirements. Please give me your suggestion. I need it for an entertainment website got to do with music, movies, sports, social affairs and buying/selling market.

Do you really need all that space and bandwidth? If you do, then their is no question.. you will need a dedicated server.

Here's an example of how much diskspace and bandwidth an average website may use.

The main page at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/ requires you to download 33 images.. The total page size including the images is 131 KiloBytes. If WebHostingTalk homepage received 1.5 million hits in one month... That would be 187 GB of transfer. So unless you are getting millions of visitors a month... or unless you are hosting large downloads... you will not need anywhere near 1500 GB of transfer.

As far as disk space.... you do realize you could have 10,000 pages (around the same size as the Web Hosting Talk home page).. Each page having it's own independant set of graphics.. And you would only use 1.3 GB of diskspace... So again, unless you are storing large files or intend to have a 10,000+ page web site.... you will not need that much diskspace.

Now the reason I posted the examples above... Is because to many people focus on the biggest package for the least amount of money. In your case.. you may actually need all that... But in most cases, people just want the most they can get for a dollar or two per month. They usually have no clue on what they actually need.

Hopefully this article will enlighten some, and they will instead choose their web host based on what's really important, good service and good support.

You need a dedicated server!

What kind of torrents do you plan on hosting on the server? Browse the dedicated server offers (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36) section, you will find plenty of decent offers.

thanks. A friend recommended that I get canaca.com because he says even if i get thousands of peers on torrent's network my bandwidth from torrent activity wont go above 50 gb as he is using some technology to minimize bandwidth wastage.

The tech will make sure not much bandwidth is eaten up besides I will have 1500gb bandwidth to spare. I am not running google on my server so I don't mind.
