Has anyone else had problems with WHMAP? Ive noticed that their tech support dosent call anyone back, and thier script seems to be quite buggy. Here is a list of what I have experienced with them:

1. User accounts dont seem to show which domains are hosted.

2. Orders somtime show up in the incomplete order manager even though its an active host.

3. Seems to get invaid responses from payment gateways every so often.

4. their tech support seems to be complete crap.

What have you guys noticed?

I've noticed their ticket support is first class, month after month after month...

Hi Jonathan,

Do you have your ticket id's so that I can look into any support issues you've had?

Actually I have tried email. and got no response also tried phone support and no one answered or returned my calls, and finally i have tried posting in the forums and go no response. Currently I am on a month to month billing solution with whmap and I honestly am not sure if I will continue to use it. I saw the v3 but there is no actual link for month to month subscribers to upgrade for free.. looks like you have to pay another 40$ just to get the upgrade then another 19.95 per month.

If you successfully emailed them you'd get an autoresponse with a ticket number...

well I did email them and never got a reply. Im positive I got the address right because I just went into my send history and the addy is correct. Still no return phone call is bad especially since I was ready to offer up 40$ just to get a bug fixed.

What version are you working with? Their support team has been great anytime we have required them.

Its unfortunate that I get a more immediate response here in WHT. I am Running Version 2.5.30 - [ Zend ]

It seems if you are getting that message, then you are not using the support desk. It looks like a non-support line, for non-support issues, which are responded to on an 8-hour basis.
