hi,
i have been emailing them for a week at info@enom.com about not beeing able to login to my domain account
i have sent them emails with the right email use to register with the domain name and account login name and phone number used in the account
and i have yet to recive any thing from them

eNom are pretty quick at replying to emails, so I don't know what the hold up is on your issue. Perhaps, give them a call or try an alternate contact addresss?

There's a good change you don't have an account at eNom, but rather one through a reseller.

Use the reseller info. retrieval tool here:

the problem was the secret answer
i managed to get in after try defrant passwords
the problem is why after 7 days i didnt recive an email from them ?
what would happen if some one lost his account ?
or if some one stole it ?
all in all i dont like enom support

eNom support is reachable via their Support Center, not info@enom.com. That's why you didn't get a reply.

If you still need help, launch the support center and submit a ticket.

I would have contacted them via phone if the account problem was urgent and I also have never used info@enom.com contact. sales@enom.com works to reach someone and they will often help you get to the right people that way.

Perhaps he has an invalid email address on record. These things do happen from time to time.
