I need a PHP & MySql competent scripter with atleast a year of experience at past work which I am able to see. I need a CMS system built around the layout already at http://tickgames.com. Tickgames will be a news, review site with a script allowing members to vote on their favourite game.

What i need

I will need a function which allows people to sign up to the site - getting a notification by email of their password, username and a few links with how to participate on the site. This needs to be integrated with the login/password boxes already visible. When people are logged in, I would like it to display a "logged in as." and replies to any posts they have made.

I will need 2 different members types; Admin and basic member which both have different abilities. The admin can assign moderators which do everything an admin can but cant asign moderators. normal members can do everything else but has to be moderated.

For the CMS, I want:-

-A nice backend allowing members to add news/reviews and for admins to moderate
-the ability for members to reply to news and reviews
-the ability to add thumbnails and links to pictures in the backend.
-the ability for members to add games.
-for the main page, a list of recent news stories (on the left hand column) with a brief description that can be set by the admins
-a list of recent reviews, again with a short description.
-the top 5 voted games displayed in a numbered list with the amount of votes received.

I will also need a game ranking script, where members and non-members can vote on the games submitted by members. Each game which is signed up is given a referral code - they link this code in their website and when users of their website click on it it redirects them to tickgames.com ready to vote for the game.

Also, the games must be viewable by the letter they start with (A,B,C etc..) and their genre which i selected from a drop down list when the member submits the game.

Everything Else

In words, it sounds complicated but it really isnt. I am willing to guide the programmer step by step with what I want. There are various examples of the web I want.
