ok i would just like you fellow whter to stay away from exovian.com!
back in september i make an account with the i asked for a refund andi just got my refund from them today! so that september - december to wait!
has anyone else been effected by them?

You were technically refunded though: While it was a length term to wait - they did refund your money.

It depends was that stated in the TOS or agreements for refunds. Some hosts and companies have a waiting period before a refund. At least you got your money, although it could have been quicker.

At least you got a refund, some companies don't even bother to refund the customers at all.

Some companies keep charging you although you've cancelled the account!
So look at it this way: "I am grateful that I wasn't dealing with one of those mafiosos, but DID get my money back"!

That is sad about the wait. What does their terms of service say about refunds?

The emails we received from Dale did not include the proper information needed for cancellations as stated on our contact page. We care about each individual customer we have but being that we have more than one of them if things aren't done to our standards processing can tend to take a bit longer.
Dale was provided with his full refund and an apology from our staff for the unusual delay in his request. We have many happy WHT customers that flat our love our service and support. Telling people to stay away from us because you didn't follow our guidelines just doesnt make sense to us but thats okay. Everyone is always entitled to their opinion.
