The only problem I'm having is I purchased a .US domain and I cannot modify the contact information for any of the contacts. I was able to modify the nameservers but when I went back to modify the contacts, I receive an error message. This only happens with one domain and I have another .US with them that works fine. It just so happens it's the .US that I bid on through their system and won on April 24th. Under whois.us it shows up with all of Dotster's contact information...

Still waiting on a reply to a support ticket to get this fixed. Although I did send it in late Friday and they have 24 hour responses (I presume on business days).

It could be because of the schedualed downtime. I think it was imposed by ICANN. All registration services would be down from 9 PM to 1AM EST. So for another 2 hours from now. Maybe longer. Something about maintenance.

Verisign registrar is down for maintanance. It's supposed to last ~ 12 hours. This includes new registrations, renewals, nameserver changes, etc...Anything dealing with CNO.

I'm not registered by dotster, but I'm also experiencing delays. It's been a week. Whois says everything is resolved, but I don't see anything.

I'm moving servers and if this doesn't get resolved quickly, I'm in big trouble! Thank god I still have about 7 days for two servers operating at the same time, but this gets me worried. I haven't received a reply from Dotster support in 24h either... why don't they put a notice up on the nameserver change page when they are aware of the problem?!

I'm even considering moving the domains to directnic, but I guess that takes too long as well.. *sigh*

Update:
Well.. Dotster sent me a reply within 28 hours:
"We are sorry, but the Registry was down for quite a while over weekend. All name servers updates could not be processed during that time. Unfortunately will have to submit your DNS changes again. We apologize for the extreme inconvenience."

I guess I won't need to go to DirectNIC anymore :) (assuming it's a general problem)
