I recently signed up for a reseller plan with Bliksem after reading numerous good reviews, and I must say that so far I am amazed.
They have the best support around, answering tickets within minutes. I haven't really asked for anything complex yet, but they're responses have always been very polite and prompt.
I ordered the account on a Sunday and it was set up that day, and I then sent a ticket requesting nameservers for my domain, which was done within minutes.
Other tickets I have placed have yeilded the same results.
