Unfortunately not. The servers on this package are all unmanaged.

We do recommend that if you are not able to manage your own server, to get professional server management services. There are a few companies in this forum that will do that for you.

1 - Our datacenter is located in downtown San Jose, California.
2 - OS restores are $50.00 but we may waive it depending on the situation.
3- Yes, if you outgrow your server, we may just swap your machine with another of your choosing. If you choose a P4, we can just take out your drive and put it into a P4 machine and your upgrade will take less than 1 hour.

Customers not using this option may also submit a reboot ticket to our Helpdesk or reboot the machine via SSH or control panel as well.

Per our policy, our setup time is around 24-38 hours after payment has been received by our Billing Dept.

However, we have been able to setup servers with the Holiday Special configuration in less than 24 hours after payment has been processed by our Billing Dept.

As of this week and the following, we forsee that our activation and billing processing time to increase significantly as many of our staff are away for the Christmas weekend. Support, however will still be present to help out our customers.

We will be back to normal operational mode on Wednesday, Dec 23rd.

We used to sell our server packages under the brand name ColoAlaCarte.com but we no longer do so as ColoAlaCarte.com now caters to a more co-location service package and us, Dediwebhost.com caters to dedicated server packages.
