Hello All,
I had purchased a reseller account from oxyte.com six month ago. At that time they provide me my own name servers like.
Ns1.e2webhosts.com
Ns2.e2webhosts.com
Now they move my reseller account to another server and ask me to change the IP of name server. Can anyone please tell me how I can do this so that my name servers start pointing to new IP addresses?
Thanks

Log into your directi account
Click on the domain name with the nameservers attached, when the main page loads up click on "manage child name server"
Enter in your new nameserver IP's - thats all there is to it assuming they have already been setup on the new server

The nameserver information should already be there for the old nameservers and you should just need to update the IP's
If these are blank then you don't have registered nameservers on this domain.
Unless I have misunderstood you.

Hello Vikas,
When needed, send us a support ticket with your login details at DirectI. We have been helping quite a few resellers with that, and can do the same for you. Either that or email me directly from here.

Hi Aaron,
Issue has been resolved now. But I am really disappointed with your services. Your ticket reply time is more then 12 hours and I think what matter in this industry is service not the cost.
I recommend your company to so many of my friends but now I afraid that they are going to kill me after they would become your old client.
Please ask your team members to be more responsible.
If you really want to help me then please check the following ticket.

Hmmm, Rodrigo has replied to that ticket. (Set as closed)
The issue there is that you requested a backup from a server already terminated.
We can get the backup for you but since we will have to turn on the old machine's disk, it will not be free of charge. The charge for that kind of backup is minimal for you, considering that the cost of having it online again just for that is much higher for us.
On "Sidney" we do have a recent backup of that site as well. Not sure if that will do it for you though.
(you should reply to this on the helpdesk, to ensure a faster and response.)
