We're currently looking into this issue. TotalThemes when I said I could access the URL it was a joke. :). We're currently resolving this issue.

All of our clients are valuable to us. Customer Support isn't a joke. All though some clients want to be more then just clients and want to be a friend. As a friend it was a joke. As I said. If this post gets out of hand I will report it to a moderator.
