Can someone give advice to this host, are they reliable? As I am new, come across this host and they have really good offer.

Since I'm not their customer, I cannot comment on their service. However, the speed test is quite good. :)

I think in one of their pages, there are 2 files that you can download from their server (4.4MB and 10MB or something). The downstream is about 195Kbps (my modem is capable to 2Mbps connectivity).

My site has been down for the last 3days with this host.

I would stay away i do not use them, and dont know anybody who uses them however today while browsing rackshacks forums i came accross this thread which you may want to read about bounceweb.

They have their servers at rack shack, while there is nothing wrong with that at all, rack shack has a very reliable network, and if you know what you are doing they are a great.
