Ok, I have searched this forum up and down, and have found no panel that will fit my needs. My needs are:
Works on Windows XP
Uses Apache
Is 100% free
Can host domains
Works on 1 IP
Most of the discussions I've seen in here end up as an arguement about cPanel vs. Plesk. I am not interested in cPanel, Plesk, Helm, HSphere, Ensim, etc. They are all paid systems. Something like Virtualmin, but for Windows is what I want. I used Virtualmin for a long while, but it was necessary for me to switch to Windows, and there is no option of switching back.
Thank you for your time to read this post and reply,

Kyle, keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Spending some money on a control panel is usually a worth investment.

I don't think that any "Hosting" control panel will work correctly on a Windows XP box. As all Hosting Control Panels are developed to manage more than 1 website, but Windows XP does not allow you to create more than one website in IIS. You'll probably need to search for a Control Panel which runs on Windows 2000 or 2003 Servers.

That's probably why the OP is wanting to use Apache for the webserver....

Does XP even have the capabilities to run websites properly?

On a small scale (for development purposes say) it would probably work well, heck it might work just dandy for small production use even - but it's just not something I would do or recommend for anything more than light work or playing around...
I'm guessing since he's looking for a free control panel, he probably doesn't want to pay for Windows 2003 server.
I think zpanel fits the requirements though - good luck!
