I am looking for hosting/domain/technical related free content that I can use on my site. I would like to keep the visitor on the site as much as possible. So using a datafeed that lists articles and then when the user clicks on it, it opens the other site in a new window may not work...but still worth a look.

Do you know of a site that supplies banners, news, articles or anything related to the hosting industry?

If your budget is more than "free" I would suggest you should look for paid one.

I have looked at RSS feeds, the only thing with that is that when the user clicks on the feed they are directed to the source of the article and leaves my site.

You can get articles from http://www.goarticles.com/ or similar article site. You can post the entire article on your site so your visitor does not leave. You do have to leave the recourse box intact so there is a chance that your visitor may click on the authors link and leave but it is a lot better than just getting a snip from rss.

http://ezinearticles.com/ seems like a good resource (along the lines of GoArticles)..
