Essentially we need a couple of graphics made for a web site which is not offering Web Hosting but for something assocaited to Web Hosting. However I shall not go into details here...

We want one grafic for the Website e.g. topbar or whatever.
One graphic say 70*40 to be placed on other peoples' websites.

For the Website a very simple but highly functonal design limited use of graphics some good text effects [CSS] etc. are required.

The website should be designed such that there is a website-wide header.html, and footer.html. In each directory there is a middle.html and index.php. The index.php loads the middle specific to that dir and the website wide header and footer.

There will be a couple of pure PHP middle pages.

Let me re-interate this is a small project essentially just a template that is required and 2 graphics maybe a couple more and the most important aspect is simplicity and funtionality.

Please submit a test template. All tenders are open. The best template will be used on the site and it shall be the desinger(s) of this that will recieve the payment for work done.
