Sorry for the Newbie question, but i need a starting point to improve my skills.

I'd like to register 2 domain names, as I'm not a reseller and i do not need (actually) any host. Just parking, hoping in 3 months, to finish my portal.

The problem is that I've found the domains names I need (one of these is just expired), not registered, i believe in its worth, so i will register asap.

I thought in my mind ".....It's not a problem, ....better to made first a search in WHT, and some others forum...I will got all advices I need..."

Now that I've read most opinion on domains managment, I discovered alerts about: scams, nightmares, domain locking, stolen domains, url dns, hidden costs, accredited registars...

So now I've lost my belief and start to be really scaried....
:bawling:

So my questions are:
- (As i don't care for the registration price), what is in your opinion a domain service that offers all the features, and leave the freedom to make any change i need when i will get my host, (with any i mean all, including my contact as I'm moving definitely abroad in two weeks).... and also let me sleep quite in next 3 monts? :D

- Or better:
is there any advice looking to my situation, you wold give me as a pre-sale alert?

Thanks a lot.
