I'm just starting out as a reseller and have a question about how many accounts I can reasonably run an a given amount of web space. Is there an overhead in terms of speed, useability etc with every account regardless of size?

Say I had 2 GB of disk space and wanted to divide it into 20 100MB accounts - is this going to work as well as dividing it into 4 500MB accounts or is there no difference?

It really wouldn't matter if you had 20 accounts with 100MBs or 4 with 500. The one thing would be what each account is running/doing rather then the disk space.

It would be the service providers responsibility (the company you are reselling for) to maintain speed and quality, regardless of the plan specifications.

The only other consideration in selecting how to divide your reseller space would be the marketability of the plans.
