Can anyone help me interpret this bit by bit please? I need to check a few messages to make sure they were received for delivery.

I think most of it's self explanatory, apart from the 200 & 2106.

I seem to remember seeing something which said "message accepted for delivery", and that's what I was expecting to see in my mail.log.

Im not a tech, but i believe that shows they retrieved the message in questions as i believe the get command is what gets the mail and delivers it to the user..... could be wrong again im not a tech...
