I need a little help regarding a domain. I was able to find a company to register a .DE domain (I ilve in the US). Their payment method for international customers is bank transfer. But I'm confused because my account is in USD and theirs in euros. Do I just send it converted into US dollars and they convert it to euros? I'm so confused.

You are best off to contact them, and ask them how many US $ you would need to send, they will then use their standard conversion rates and reply back. You could simply convert it yourself and send the US $, but then you risk sending too much or too little.

Just go to your bank and tell them you want to wire some money to Europe [I assume] and tell them the amount in euros.

The bank will then calculate how much you need to pay in US$ and take that from you..

They will wire the euros for you.. so basically, you have bought some euros in the USA and sent them to Europe..

If the company you are paying is not in Europe, pretty much the same thing applies if you have to pay in euros.. buy them from your bank and have them transfer to the sellers bank...

yes, if possible it's always best to transfer the amount in whatever the end user's currency is. That way if things flucuate between when the transfer is sent, and when it arrives the end amount will still be the same.
