Has anyone else managed to get a response from Namecheap's support department for the last month?
They used to be fine, but I have filed in their online form and emailed directly several times, without a response.
Perhaps it's time to go elsewhere. Why do all these companies start off well and then go slack?

Hello,
I can assure you, we handle all emails all day, everyday. If you have not received a response from us then I would assume there is something wrong between you and us e.g. spam filters.
If you pm here I will provide you with an alternate email address were you can reach me directly.

Thanks for the response, Richard.
There is certainly no a spam filter involved because, coincidentally, it is around this issue that I need some support.
I have no wish to make this public but I do not appear to have sufficient priviledges to PM you. Can you suggest an alternative please?
Did you just join wht to complain about / get support from namecheap?

I just tried PMing you myself and received the following message: "london123 has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her."
Please enable your PM's and I'll try again.

The user has an insufficient post count to send/receive PM's. We needs 5 posts.
