Can I use one Name Server for two different reseller account hosts with whom I am with?

If those two reseller account reside in two different servers, then I believe you won't be able to use the same nameserver. :(

no, unless there's something I haven't heard of. In general people just run ns. and ns2. to one account, then ns3. and ns4. to the other one (etc etc)

All you'd need to do is plan for it in your signup/support area (windows use these nameservers, linux these, as an example)

It's pretty standard practise and shouldn't raise an eyebrow.

You can if you use a DNS service like Zone Edit, but I don't know of a way to do this by standard means.

Erm, yes you can host 2 reseller accounts with the same name servers.... just add the DNS zone on server 1 with an A record pointing to the account on server 2 and things should be fine.
