I had just get the script and had been spending hours trying to get pass the installation process.

The 1st issue i faced is the uploading of binary that doesn't seem to work on my end. I fixed it by upload the Tar file and uncompress using SSH.

Then comes the installation, up to the point that I key in my WHOIS cart userid and password and I supposed the 'path' got wronly entered with the back slash '/' thus when proceed to the next step it became something like http://www.abc.com/whoicartadmin/auth.php whereby it should be http://www.abc.com/whoiscart/admin/auth.php

Thus I tried to delete all files as well as the SQL database and reinstall, but everytime I type in the installer url : http://www.abc.com/whoiscart/INSTALL.php it will directly go to the Admin Login screen, thus of course I am unable to log in as the MySQL database had been deleted.

I think you'll find that whoiscart will only allow you to install at one location with one license - this means you can remove and add it many times at the same location, but when you try to install it in another location the key will not allow this. If you check your license information at the Client Section of the whois site, you can see the licensed path - you can also request license key path modifications here too.
