Digital Technology Inc. is looking for a level 1 or higher technician. Must have basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting skills. High Speed Always On Internet Connectivity, good customer service skills, initiative to insure projects get resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

Handling Reboot request and other basic level 1 ticket items. Communication with clients will consist of email, ticketing system, live chat, and if you live in the US, phone support.

Flexible hours are available but will be in the late night evenings/early mornings such as between 1 a.m. - 9a.m. CST. As many hours as you need and as many nights a week as you need can be accommodated.

This position could fit well with a international tech, as no on site access is needed, you will facilitate our 24/7 on site staff, and thus can operate form anywhere. In addition late night hours and early morning hours translate to normal business hours in other countrys.

People wanting 100k a year need not apply, this position is for a level 1 tech hence pay will be industry standard pay for this level of experience, again anyone anywhere can apply.

Hey my name is Shawn Dandridge. I live In Tennessee USA. Although I don't have any basic knowledge of networking or troubleshooting but I know if you would give me 2-3 wks I would know anything you would need me to. Also although I can't work those hours right now because I'm still going to school for about two more months but right now I can work from about 4-10 CST and on weekends from about 4-1 am CST.
