I have heared somewhere that it's possible to make a cron job in CPanel to make a full backup everyday and then send the backup file as an email attachment.

What is the command to do this job?

E-Mail would be a poor choice for moving a backup, as most e-mail systems only allow small attachments through (5MB or so is typical). Your backup is no doubt larger than this.
