I recented started up a new network of sites, all with a very hopeful future (atleast, thats what i'm hoping =)). I tried emailing about 30 webmasters about affiliating our sites together - and I didnt recieve a single response.
Are there any affiliating forums (here, or on another site for that reason), where webmasters can exchange links? I need to build some damn' affiliates outside my network =)!

I would suggest finding medium sized sites with a similar topic to your own, and then contacting the administrator. But don't simply email webmaster@domain.com, if they have a more personal communication method available, use it.
What is your site, btw?

First I would highly recomend that you do not use the word "affiliate" as that word is often used in spam messages and is often blocked.
There are plenty of high quality linking services available on the Net but you must be careful or else Google will ban you. If you want a great link building software that stays within the guidelines and works check out http://www.axandra-link-popularity-tool.com/index.htm
Best Wishes for a .Net Success!

I've heard too many horror stories about using software - it's just too risky for me. I did contact medium sized sites, ranging from PR4-PR5 (my sites are PR0 currently, so I didnt expect much - but I was suprised not to recieve a single response).
I have many new websites, you can find a list of my new network at the bottom of www_funny-poems_us (I can't post the direct link because I don't have 5 posts).

Now you do ;-)
Good luck with your network and affiliating.
