How do I make it where my customers can join by signing up on my website via phpManager.... and have Cpanel as their control panel? And how do I create and delete accounts that way?

I am creating a subdomain.domain.net free webhosting company... not really a domainname.net company..... how would I go about doing this?

I also saw I might need Cpanel::Accounting perl module... but how do I aquire this module and install it?
