Im looking hard at a cobalt RaQ becuase of the software found here www.directphp.com, it allows accounts to be created on the fly after credit card information is entered and verfied via 2checkout or another cc processor, my simple question is besides cobalt raq's is there any other system such has a white box with plesk that can create accounts on the fly....

First, auto account setup can be dangerous; you open yourself up to credit card fraud in a big way.
Second, the auto setup program assumes your signup form is on the same server that you will be setting the account up on... what happens if you have multiple servers? (I don't know how well these autosetup programs work, but from what I've read they do not have the facility to handle multiple servers; I could be wrong here though.)
Plesk does have some command-line auto-setup utilities; it probably would not be too difficult to tie these in to your ordering system. You may want to check the Plesk forum (http://forum.plesk.com) to see if anyone's done this.
