We are looking to hire experienced php programmers who meet the following


1+ years of php programming experience.
Good mysql knowledge.
Able to work on multiple projects.
Code quickly but securely.
Able to adapt to multiple sites and do any required bug fixing/modifications.
Able to build sites expected to take large amounts of traffic. [see below]
Able to manage websites by interacting with the userbases along with any sort of promoting, ie just discussing it on a board. [see below]



We run various different types of websites, primarily you will be working with RPG browser based games. Which includes bug fixing, modifications, introducing new features. You will be required to discuss any problems with users who submit them on these game sites along with fixing anything that is considered as a bug. New features will be up too yourself, if you want to add something go ahead and do so. You will be making your own decisions, if you think something should be added or removed, go ahead and do so theres no need to discuss it.

Hours
This will be on going, full time and part time work is available. Hours are flexible, providing work gets done.

Pay
Will be different from programmer to programmer, and will be based on your skill level.
Per hour
Set dates(IE Monthly/Weekly)

Examples

A user says the bank feature is not working on [insert site name here] , if it's sent too us we will forward it too you. You look into it, if their is a problem you resolve it. You pop an email off too us, problem solved. No need to mention theres a bug and you will fix it, as stated you use your own initiative. Virtually it becomes like your own website.

Coding

All coders MUST be able to code securely which includes thinking of possible ways it would be "exploited"



If you code for register_globals = On do not even apply.
You must strip all inputs, either by creating your own functions or using php ones such as strip_tags,addslashes and so on.
You must use database specific functions to escape, all servers run mysql so it would be mysql_escape_string
Must use optomized query selecting, basically NO select * and the like.
