View Full Version : Trying to contact SimplyReseller - no reply!

Hi.

I'm really happy with SimplyReseller.com (they're related, in some way I think, to DedicatedNOW - a respected server provider).

Support response has always been great, and there's never been any problems with their network etc.

But I sent a support mail to support@simplyreseller.com as usual, 4 days ago and haven't heard a thing back from them. I also posted on their forums but again no reply.

If one of my clients didn't need Fantastico working (it isn't) then I wouldn't need support and wouldn't know that no-one's at home .. everything else is perfect.

Anyone heard anything from / about them recently?

Maybe I'll make sure my backups are up to date ...

Hmm, you say that their support has been great before so...who knows....maybe their off vacationing somewhere enjoying their rags to riches. Their forums I would think would be most likely run by users. However, I don't know to tell you the truth, email them again and again. If no response you might want to start looking in some hosting directories. :o

Don't they not have a ticket program where you lodge your tickets? Maybe they are off like wizardkid said. It's almost christmas time ;)

Did you get an auto-repsonse ticket #? If not then we didn't get it. try emailing support@dedicatednow and see if you get a ticket. Right now I don't see any open tickets.

Oh, no - I just mailed support@simplyreseller.com as I've always done. I don't recall ever getting tickets from that address, but I could be wrong there.

I'll try @dedicatednow.com now to see what happens there.

Thanks for replying though .. it's nothing serious, by the way - just Fantastico isn't working.

I got a ticket # and reply when I emailed the dedicated now address.

You guys might want to double-check that the helpdesk at SimplyReseller is working, I had the same problem.
