Hello all!
I used almost for one month www.sswebhost.com.
Support is available almost through email. MSN messanger and ICQ seem almost offline. I don't know about GAIM messanger as I don't use it.
I live in Kyrgyzstan and I feel the connection is slow so I want to terminate my account and request the money back.
Does anybody know how may I contact www.sswebhost.com for account termination?
As I mentioned above MSN messanger and ICQ are offline.
I sent 4 emails to www.sswebhost.com support (2 email from MS Outlook, 1 from Gmail and 1 from their web browser). I recieved just one response:

I can't wait for 5 days, as after 2 days 1 will month since my account created and I don't want to be billed for the 2nd month.

I don't know about GAIM messanger as I don't use it.
GAIM is just an interface for connecting to ICQ, MSN, etc.
